IPC Media Brands Launch on Kindle Fire
IPC Media today announces further digital expansion of 34 brands on Amazon's recently launched Kindle Fire.
To coincide with the roll-out, Amazon has selected six of IPC's leading brands Marie Claire, woman&home, Decanter, Cycle Sport, Ideal Home and Uncut for promotion with a special offer for readers to claim a free 60-day trial period.
In addition to the Kindle Fire expansion, 27 IPC brands will be available on Apple Newsstand taking the total number of brands on Newsstand to 62.
Digital publishing director Paul Cheal says: "We are delighted to be able to make our titles available on new digital storefronts as they emerge. We are starting to see strong demand for our magazines on Apple Newsstand, and as Kindle Fire already accounts for 20% of tablet sales in the US, this represents a fantastic opportunity for IPC's entire portfolio."
