Digital Music Network Receives License from Warner Music Group

LAGUNA BEACH, CA—2000-Digital Music Network (DMN), a supplier of music on-demand to hotel guests, and Warner Music Group (WMG) have entered into a North American license. Under the non-exclusive agreement, DMN can offer WMG-controlled recordings and music videos in hotel rooms equipped with DMN compatible systems.

Launching January 2001, DMN's proprietary content delivery system will allow hotel guests to listen to music on-demand and purchase CDs from thousands of artists by simply using the TV remote. The DMN technology is fully compatible with hotel video on-demand systems already enjoyed by millions of hotel guests.

"We are excited to be able to provide hotel guests with high quality music from the Warner Music Group family of artists." said Mark DiLorenzo, Digital Music Network's President. "We're confident that our unique on-demand system will open up an exciting new market for the music industry."
