Renee I. Wolf has been promoted to Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD), it was announced today by Jeffrey Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. International Television.
Wolf moves up from Director, Legal & Business Affairs, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, a post she has held since 1997. In her new position, Wolf will have an expanded role in all aspects of legal and business affairs for the division, and will continue to focus primarily on licensing and distribution-related matters. Based in Burbank, she will continue to report to Ronald W. Miele, Senior Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.
"Renee is a great attorney and a great asset to our division," said Miele. "As our operations continue their exponential growth, her experience and expertise will be invaluable."
Wolf joined Warner Bros. in January 1996 as a senior attorney for WBITD. Prior to that, she was an attorney with the law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler. She earned her law degree in 1987 from Hastings College of the Law at the University of California. She also earned an LLM degree (masters of law) from the London School of Economics.
