MUTUAL FUNDS will roll-out its new online investing section, covering mutual funds, financial planning, online brokerage sites and investment research, in the January 2000 issue.

"With a recent surge of interest in online investment tools, it's the perfect time to give our readers more of what they want," said Managing Editor John Curran. "Undeniably, the Internet is becoming a valuable part of researching and managing personal finance matters - that value will only grow as we enter the next millennium."

Each month, the section will showcase current trends in online investing, a featured site and juicy tidbits for investors - what's hot with site features and helpful news flashes. The January issue will hit newsstands on Dec. 13.

MUTUAL FUNDS is the fastest-growing personal finance publication, with a rate-base of 800,000 and a readership of 2.8 million.
