AOL Health is supported by AOL's digital advertising business, Platform-A, Platform-A, which will continue to offer relevant advertising opportunities in both display advertising as well as content-targeted links on the Web site. AOL Health is part of AOL Living, one of the top-two women's sites with more than 16 million unique visitors, according to the June 2008 comScore Media Metrix.

Caring.com, http://www.Caring.com, will provide content focusing on care for elderly parents. Health.com, http://www.Health.com, the online channel of Time Inc.'s Health Brand, will share health-related articles, quizzes, galleries and videos. HealthCare.com, http://www.healthcare.com, will provide access to its Care Provider Search(TM), which includes more than 1.3 million medical and dental professional listings.

• Health.com - AOL Health will highlight a selection of Health.com's original articles, first-person video narratives, and feature weight-loss tips as well as condition-specific medical FAQs. AOL Health and Health.com will work together to bring health and wellness quizzes to readers both online and in its print publication, Health Magazine, which reaches more than 8 million readers. Time Inc.'s Health.com relaunched in May 2008.

• HealthCare.com - AOL Health has launched a private-label version of HealthCare.com's Care Provider Search(TM). Readers will have access to the full set of data and functionality available on HealthCare.com's leading online healthcare provider directory. This includes the most comprehensive healthcare provider directory on the Web, with more than 1.3 million listings for medical and dental professionals, medical practices, health facilities and other health-related businesses in more than 180 health and wellness-related categories.
