Time Warner Cable Launches Nuestra Tele Stamford, CT - Time Warner Cable today announced the launch of Nuestra Tele, its new suite of Spanish language and Hispanic-themed video programming services. Nuestra Tele will initially be available in 14 Time Warner Cable markets to new and existing cable television customers beginning this month. Building on its growing Hispanic customer base, Time Warner Cable’s Nuestra Tele offerings have been created to better serve its diverse Spanish-speaking and bilingual consumers on a national basis, and are customized to fit local needs. The entry-level service from Nuestra Tele, which will be available for as low as $29.95, delivers all the local Spanish language broadcast networks plus key thematic Hispanic channels – kids, music, sports etc., in addition to the local basic English language broadcast networks – such as ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, etc. Nuestra Tele Oro provides customers with the highest quality digital programming lineup available, incorporating all available Spanish language and Hispanic channels, along with hundreds of channels of English language programming, and access to video on demand, digital music channels, interactive television and Time Warner Cable’s enhanced programming guide. The Nuestra Tele Canales tier of channels is targeted to those who want to add all available Hispanic services to their existing lineup. “Nuestra Tele delivers all the Spanish channels, plus many favorite English channels providing a true home entertainment experience designed especially for our Hispanic customers,” said Maida Chicón, Time Warner Cable Director of Multicultural Marketing. “We have just made it easier for our Latino customers to keep in touch with their culture, connect with their families and enjoy our robust home entertainment television package.” The Nuestra Tele suite of packages was created by Time Warner Cable’s Hispanic Marketing Coop, after extensive research with Hispanic consumers in Time Warner’s major Hispanic Markets. The Coop is made up of top Time Warner Cable marketing executives from around the country that focus on the Hispanic consumer, and was created to take advantage of the company's strong leadership and local presence within the major Hispanic markets. Nuestra Tele will initially be made available to key Hispanic markets in 15 Time Warner Cable divisions including: Austin, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; San Diego, California (Desert Cities); Greensboro, North Carolina; Houston, Texas; Kansas City, Missouri; Los Angeles, California; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; New York, New York; Raleigh, North Carolina; San Antonio, Texas; Waco, Texas; Wilmington, North Carolina, and the National Division (Cape Coral/Ft.
