STAMFORD, CT– Road Runner today announced that it will utilize its newly launched Video Mail application to enable families to send free holiday greeting videos directly to friends and relatives serving in the military overseas. The specially designed U.S. Troop Video Mail application is available for use by anyone visiting select Time Warner Cable Road Runner kiosks located in San Diego, CA; Kansas City, MO; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; Hawaii; El Paso, San Antonio, Waco and Wichita Falls, TX; and other selected locations. Road Runner customers may also launch the standard application from their Road Runner home page (www.rr.com) using their home computers.

Early this week Time Warner Cable announced that Road Runner customers will now receive Video Mail powered by Vibe Solutions Group, at no extra charge. Road Runner Video Mail allows customers with a web cam and a PC to easily use video to make their email communications even more meaningful and personal. The service is being made available to Road Runner customers immediately and no special ordering is necessary.

Users of the Road Runner U.S. Troop Video Mail application will be able to easily record and send high-quality video mail, create and send customized greeting cards and text, and record video and digital photos. The selection of holiday templates includes Christmas, Kwanzaa and Hanukah, among others.
