Human Rights Campaign's Equality Index

Time Warner earned a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for 2008. The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender equality. The CEI rates employers on a scale from 0 to 100 percent based on their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trans-gender employees, consumers, and investors. Time Warner’s 100 rating represents the fact that the company offers equal benefits and protections for its employees based on gender identity or expression and sexual orientation.
