Many of the company's divisions and Corporate have employee networks, called Employee Resource groups, which provide critical networking and professional development tools for underrepresented populations. These networks have been successful in fostering employee engagement and professional development by delivering informational seminars and forums and providing a forum for employee feedback to be conveyed to divisional leadership.
