Chairman's Leadership Program

This program is a leadership development experience designed for our senior leaders. The program focuses on developing personal leadership skills through 360 assessment and coaching, internal and external speakers, and peer discussion.

Next Generation Chairman’s Program

This program is a leadership development experience that focuses on Time Warner’s business opportunities and challenges. Program content includes advanced strategic business design, current Time Warner business cases, and conversations with key senior leaders. Participants are typically alumni of the Chairman’s program.

Breakthrough Leadership Program

This program was designed to develop high-potential women leaders by enhancing leadership skills, sharing strategies for business success and networking with and learning from other talented Time Warner leaders.

Time for Tomorrow Program

This program explores leadership, with a particular emphasis on the skills and competencies that leaders require in our media environment and current context of rapid change and sometimes ambiguity. Participants work with cross-divisional colleagues and, in the process, develop both personal networks and a better understanding of each other's businesses.

Non-Profit Board Leadership Program

This program prepares and trains a select group of enterprise-wide executive leaders in the roles and responsibilities of nonprofit boards of directors and matches them with an organization whose board they may join. This experience provides an opportunity for personal growth and development, as well as a way to support Time Warner’s philanthropy efforts and give back to the community.

Digital Insights Program

Digital Insights are educational sessions designed to highlight emerging trends in the digital space. The session includes business deep dives from Time Warner’s divisions that showcase initiatives in the digital space, an experiential technology lab focusing on latest trends in digital media, and sessions on audience data monetization and online advertising.

Leading for Results

This customized leadership program, run in most of the divisions, helps participants build leadership skills, learn from peers, and engage in dialogue with senior leaders on key business issues.

Focus on Careers

Focus on Careers is part of Time Warner's Employees First program. It is designed to make employees aware of career opportunities across Time Warner. Employees receive first consideration when open positions are filled. It works through an employees-only Web site that allows Time Warner employees to search for jobs across divisions and around the world. Internal newsletters also spotlight open positions on a bi-weekly basis.
