What’s different about your experience working here than at other places you’ve worked?

“I've worked at a number of different great organizations, and still, none where employees are so well supported. This company does everything it can to help employees succeed, and that’s simply not the case everywhere.”

What advice do you have for internals looking to develop within the company?

“There are great opportunities throughout the company that are easy to miss if you’re thinking just about your current division. I could have stayed at Turner a lot longer, I loved it there, but this unique opportunity presented itself because I was engaged with colleagues within and outside our companies.”

Was your management helpful in the transition from Turner to WB?

“I had been open with my senior management and they knew I was ambitious and driven, so when the right opportunity arose, they were very supportive. Everyone involved was sensitive to a flexible transition timeline to make it work to everyone’s mutual benefit.”
