Director, Order Management (Warner Bros)

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director, Order Management for the WHV Distribution department. Position will manage all aspects of inventory planning/replenishment and Order Management for WHV North America territories, specifically Canada and Mexico, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and traditional order processing. Evolve current replenishment practices to optimize customer business needs. Participate in the strategic planning of customer inventory replenishments and plans. Manage the inventory levels for WHV’s VMI customers (WM, BBY, FS) to optimize sell-through while reducing out-of-stocks and returns. Identify, develop and implement system improvements, processes, and reporting of SLA’s and KPI metrics or enhancements with 3rd party providers. Manage MIS project/enhancement priorities and on-going system developments. Support and develop new retail accounts within the territories, and monitor service levels for all accounts within the territories. Effectively communicate internally and externally. Manage an area that interfaces with several cross functional areas of the Canada and Mexico businesses.
