Good news for Potterphiles: Last week, a teaser dropped for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, the first game in which players can create their own character and experience life as a Hogwarts student.
Players will be able attend classes, learn magical skills, form friendships or rivalries with other students, and make pivotal decisions that influence their character's story arc.
Set before Harry Potter came to the school, the game features appearances by some iconic Hogwarts characters, including Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Severus Snape and Rubeus Hagrid.
The free-to-play mobile adventure releases this spring from developers Jam City and Portkey Games, a games label from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment dedicated to creating gaming experiences inspired by the magic and adventures of J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World.
Watch the teaser above, and follow Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for the latest on the release date, game features and more. Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery will be available via the App Store, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore later this year.
