Last week we previewed our Warner Bros. colleagues’ plans for New York Comic Con, but if you thought that was an end to Time Warner’s presence, you’ve got another think coming.

Our Turner colleagues—including Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, TBS and TNT—will be out in force, presenting a dizzying variety of  panels and events, all geared at bringing fans closer to the shows and characters they love.

Where to begin?  How about even before the beginning?

New York Comic Con doesn’t officially begin until October 5, but on October 3 make the trip to Queens (to the Socrates Sculpture Park, specifically) for the latest Adult Swim on the Green.  Enjoy games, new friends, food trucks and trivia, and a free screening of “Things You’ve Never Seen Before,” a look at what’s on the horizon for Adult Swim—all with Manhattan as a backdrop.

Thursday, October 5
