The 2017 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is underway. Since 1954, the city known for its famous film festival has also been hosting a one-of-a-kind event for the creative communications industry to learn, network and celebrate.

Here’s a sampling of what Time Warner groups are up to at Cannes Lions this year.  

Turner and CNN are co-hosting a beach cabana, where guests can cool off and learn more about Great Big Story—soon to be a 24-hour streaming network—as well as recently re-launched CNN Tech, CNN Travel and more.

 

CNN President Jeff Zucker and Beme founder Casey Neistat discussed “Radical Experiments in Creativity” at a panel Monday. There, Neistat announced his latest project: Beme will soon launch a daily news show. Read more in this article from Variety.

Wednesday, Time Warner hosts “An Exploration of Fandom with truTV’s Impractical Jokers.” Time Warner Chairman and CEO Jeff Bewkes introduces The Tenderloins—James Murray, Joe Gatto, Brian Quinn and Sal Vulcano— for a panel discussion on the roles of engagement, creativity and authenticity in cultivating fans and fueling success.

Other Turner execs, including President David Levy, President of Ad Sales Donna Speciale, and TBS and TNT President Kevin Reilly will be imparting their wisdom during a variety of panels throughout the week.
