This past weekend saw the return to New York City of the Athena Film Festival, an engaging weekend of feature films, documentaries and shorts that highlight women’s leadership both onscreen and off.

On Friday morning, Time Warner played host to the festival's kick-off breakfast, which included a welcome to about 50 festival supporters and staff, and a one-on-one conversation with DC Entertainment President and Warner Bros. Consumer Products President Diane Nelson. In a wide-ranging discussion with Warner Bros. Pictures' Executive VP of Development Susan Rovner, Nelson discussed her career, shepherding the DC brand through its evolution and how building a relationship with author J.K. Rowling developed one of the biggest franchises in movie history.
