For the 10th year in a row, Time Warner scored a perfect 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. The Corporate Equality Index is a national benchmarking survey that has tracked employer progress toward full LGBT workplace equality since 2002.

Other major U.S. companies—517 of them—also received top marks this year, up from 406 last year. This positive change goes to show how diversity and acceptance are becoming more important to industry leaders in the United States—an evolution of which Time Warner is proud to take part.

Lisa Garcia Quiroz, president of the Time Warner Foundation and senior vice president, chief diversity officer of Time Warner Inc. said:

“As a creative company of storytellers, a diverse and inclusive workplace is not only one of our most important business practices, it is a cornerstone of who we are as a company and a hallmark of our company’s success. We are so proud that, for the 10th year in a row, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation has recognized us with this honor.”
