Tuesday may be Primary Day in New York, but fans of HBO's Veep are circling this Sunday on their calendars for the eagerly-awaited return to their screens of President Selina Meyer.

Led by Emmy-winners Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Tony Hale, the acclaimed series boasts a cast of comedy all-stars as they try to navigate the highest halls of power in Washington with hilarious results. The accolades and awards have piled up since Veep first debuted, culminating last September when it became only the second-ever cable show to get elected Best Comedy Series at the Emmys (the first being HBO's own Sex and the City, taking home the award in 2004)

Veep has its fifth season premiere on HBO, HBO Go and HBO NOW this Sunday, April 24 at 10:30 p.m. ET. Watch the trailer below to get the laughs started early, and get ready for a whole new term for the Meyer Administration. Who says bi-partisanship is dead?
