HBO announced it's moving forward with its Westworld adaptation with a series of cryptic (and creepy!) tweets and Vine videos yesterday. The sci-fi drama from executive producers J.J. Abrams, Jerry Weintraub and Bryan Burk is based on Michael Crichton's 1973 film and stars a bevy of A-listers including Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton and others.

Back in August, HBO President of Programming Michael Lombardo told The Hollywood Reporter of the new drama: "This is built as a series and, in terms of storytelling, I think the rules are definitely being broken. The promise of the show, in terms of where it's going, is exciting to actors, and they want to be a part of this."
