Wearing a replica suit similar to the ones worn in his big-screen adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, Clint Eastwood, producer/director and Hollywood icon, looked sharp during Thursday’s Jersey Boys premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
The four-time Oscar-winning director brought many of the Broadway musical’s cast to the big screen including John Lloyd Young, who plays Frankie Valli and won a Tony® for his performance, songwriter Bob Gaudio and Michael Lomenda as Nick Massi. Completing the foursome is Vincent Piazza as Tommy DeVito. The film also stars Christopher Walken as Gyp DeCarlo and Steve Schirripa as Vito.
Jersey Boys tells the story of four young men from the wrong side of the tracks who escape their small-town destinies by forming legendary rock group The Four Seasons, whose music became synonymous with the 60s. The film debuted Friday and, if you haven't already, get to know the boys from Jersey.
