In 2005, Warner Bros. Entertainment created the Reach program, a scholarship-internship package awarded to outstanding high school seniors in the Burbank and Los Angeles County area with a passion for the entertainment business.

The 2013 Reach Honorship recipients are: Alexi Fiumani; Karl Ravancho; Isabel De Honor; Richard Kent; Samuel Park; and Alexandra Rickrich. All of these high school graduates will receive a $10,000 college scholarship in addition to full-time, paid summer internships over the next several years.

"The Reach program allows us to identify up-and-coming talent in our local community," said Michael Walbrecht, Vice President, Public Affairs, Warner Bros. Entertainment, in a press release. "We are committed to the professional development of our Reach recipients, and the internships provide them with the unique opportunity to gain practical experience within multiple departments at Warner Bros. while honing crucial business skills and building relationships with industry professionals."
