Accessing your favorite HBO shows just gets better and better. You already know the perks of HBO GO – unlimited access to all of the network’s original programming, hit movies, sports, documentaries, comedy specials, and more. And, beginning today, HBO GO is now available on Apple TV.

Along with HBO GO, Apple also announced today that WatchEPSN, Sky News, Crunchyroll and Qello are also now available on Apple TV. These content providers will join a robust lineup of programming currently offered to customers; users have already downloaded more than one billion TV episodes and 380 million movies from iTunes to date.

“HBO GO and WatchESPN are some of the most popular iOS apps and are sure to be huge hits on Apple TV,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services in today's announcement. “We continue to offer Apple TV users great new programming options, combined with access to all of the incredible content they can purchase from the iTunes Store.”
