When Warner Bros. first-ever, full-length theatrical LEGO adventure debuts in 2014, the great creations you see in the animated feature just might be your own.

Announced yesterday, the LEGO ReBrick Movie Competition invites fans to submit a 15-30 second video clip depicting an action sequence from The LEGO Movie, in which citizens unite to prevent a horrific disaster.

The LEGO Movie explores the journey of Emmet, a rule-abiding, everyday LEGO minifigure on an epic quest for which he’s hilariously underprepared, after he’s mistaken for a hero who can save the world from an evil tyrant.

Once entries are uploaded to YouTube and bookmarked on the rebrick.com Building Challenge page, ReBrick members will vote for their favorite videos. The 25 clips with the most “Likes” will be reviewed by a panel of judges, including writers and directors from The LEGO Movie. The grand prize includes a trip for two to Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, VIP tour, meeting with directors, the opportunity to work with an exclusive film camera designed and built by the official LEGO model shop, as well as autographed souvenirs from the set.

Learn more about the contest here and save the date for February 7, 2014, when The LEGO Movie debuts. The film stars Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Morgan Freeman as the voices of the animated characters.
